College Credit Plus
Created by the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce, the College Credit Plus initiative allows students to earn college credit while in middle and/or high school, tuition-free. Students in grades 7 through 12 may be eligible to participate.
The purpose of this program is to promote rigorous academic pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students.
Students must meet the admission standards set by the college in order to attend. Students admitted to the program will be required to perform at the college level.
College Credit Plus is free to students who take college classes at any Ohio public college or university. That means no cost for tuition, books, or fees. If you choose to attend a private college or are homeschooled, you may have limited costs.
RAS holds a CCP Parent Information Session each year in February.
